Here are some answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Do Drivers Need to Wear Helmets?

Helmets are highly recommended but wearing them is at the driver's discretion.

Can I Bring My Dog?

Sorry. We love dogs too but, for safety reasons, dogs cannot be on the airport grounds during high speed runs.

Is There Food at the Event?

Yes. Food is available for a number of vendors at the event, with most proceeds going to charities. Drivers and VIPs have access to the Driver's tent which supplies food and drinks throughout the day.

Can I Shoot Footage with my Drone?

Sorry. The event is held at an active airport. Drones are not permitted within the airspace of airports.

How Fast to do the Cars Go?

We thought you'd never ask. The fastest car ever to run at Race the Runway went 343.55 kph from a standing start in half a mile. Most cars run in the mid-200 kph range.
